Fourth day of waning moon period in every lunar month is celebrated as Sankashti Chaturthi. If Sankasti chaturhi occurs on weekday of Tuesday, then it is celebrated as Angarika Chaturthi. This day is auspicious for performing Ganesh Puja. People wakeup early in the morning, take ritual bath, keep fast for the whole day and broke fast after sighting the moon.
In 2019, we have only one Angaraka chaturthi occurrence in India and i.e. on 17th September.
In USA we have couple of Angaraka chaturthi days.
